Welcome, I am excited to embark on this journey with you. My passion has always been helping humans, and I am happy that I have found a method that will work for myself and the community I desire to help.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. I worked in the Social work field for 7 years in diverse categories including children and families, mental health and trauma counseling, rehabilitation, foster reunification, and community outreach. I am a former choreographer & founder of a youth dance team, & former assistant then head coach of the Lincoln High School Cheerleaders. I have completed 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, Life Coaching, Purpose Coaching, & Reiki Levels 1,2 & Master training Certifications. I currently study and work with Queen Afua & her holistic wisdom & tools & use a combination of experience to service my community.
I am an alchemist, mystic, coach & my goal is to use my knowledge and experience to be the bridge you need to help you cope and create the life you desire through alternative methods. I am also a light at the end of the tunnel assuring and cheering you on. I am the transparent non-bias vessel you need when you need to hear yourself think. A resource of wisdom and knowledge; ancient, new-age, western & eastern. A fellowship partner for life seekers.
It has been my experience that there is a mutual benefit emotionally, and spiritually when I play one of these rolls for people I've come across along my life journey whether work, family, friends, or strangers. I am excited to open up this opportunity to more humans, in efforts to broaden my carbon footprint and fulfill my purpose on this earth. I look forward to working and getting to know you.
